About Raze Drops
Raze Drops builds custom AI agents, software and automation for businesses worldwide, and runs its own brands on the same systems it sells. We are a small build shop, so you deal with the person who writes the proposal and the person who builds the system.

What does Raze Drops do?
We build the system a business asked for, price it as one project, and hand it over so the business owns it. Nothing we sell is a subscription you rent from us.
Five Drops, each built for one business and handed to it: Autopilot Drops for AI software automation, Launch Drops for web and mobile apps, Crew Drops for custom AI agents, Lead Drops for lead generation automation and Reach Drops for marketing automation. Every build starts from a proposal you read before any deal is signed; we build marketing systems you own.
An agent here takes an action inside your systems. It books the slot, sends the follow up, updates the record or answers the buyer, rather than only replying with words. Some builds include a chatbot; none of them stop at one. The service pages say what each kind covers: custom AI agents, AI software and apps, lead generation systems, marketing automation and CRM and sales automation.
What have we built for ourselves?
Three brands, all running on the automation we sell. Content OS went from the first line of code to live and posting daily within one month [1].
| Brand | What it is | Why it is on this page |
|---|---|---|
| Content OS | A social media content engine | Built and live within one month [1] |
| PhantomFox | A brand we built and run | Runs on our own marketing automation |
| Grey Manager | A brand we built and run | Runs on our own marketing automation |
What have these systems produced?
Four results, each measured over a stated period and each with a case study behind it. We publish the number and the period together, because a number without a period is a claim nobody can check.
| What a system produced | Over | Where to read it |
|---|---|---|
| $662,000 in property sales for a real estate agency | 7 days | Real estate lead outreach |
| 10,000 followers across three AI influencer accounts | 26 days | AI influencer accounts |
| 100,000+ website reach for our own brands | 14 days | Our work |
| Content OS built, launched and posting daily | 1 month | Content OS |
Why does that matter to a client?
Because we are the first users of what we sell, so a system we hand you has already had to survive us running it every day. It is also why we can say what a build really takes rather than what a brochure says.
Content OS, PhantomFox and Grey Manager appear here as things we built, never as services sold from this website. We build marketing systems you own.
Who do we build for?
Business owners who want the result rather than the technology, and resellers and referrers who have a client and no build team. Markets are global, with English speaking clients first.
Businesses that want a result rather than a technology, and partners who sell the result and need someone to build it. Both are read the same way: one problem, one system, one number to judge it by.
Owners come with a job that staff do by hand, such as chasing leads, booking appointments, renewing policies or retyping a record between two systems. Partners and resellers come with a client already in hand and want the work delivered under their own name, which is standard here and covered on partners.
How do we work?
Proposal and price before any deal, a test on your real data before handover, and ownership of the system when it is done. The five steps are on how we work.
Owners who have been burned before start smaller. A paid pilot is the least we sell, it sits at the bottom of the price range, and it runs on your own leads, orders or bookings, so the decision about the full build is made after you have seen something work. The whole sequence is written out on how we work.
The systems we have built and the numbers they produced are on our work. What we charge is on the pricing page, what we refuse to do is on the FAQ, and partner terms are on the partners page.
Tell us the problem on the contact page, and you get a proposal and a price before any deal is signed.
What does it cost?
Projects run from $300 to $10,000+, and a monthly maintenance retainer is priced per project if you want the system kept running. The proposal turns that range into one fixed number before anything is signed.
What moves the price is how many systems it touches, how many people use it, whether it needs a new interface, and how much of your data has to be cleaned before anything can run on it. The full breakdown is on pricing.
What do we not do?
We do not sell ready made templates or code packs, we do not sell reverse engineering, cracking or licence bypass, and we do not sell black hat work of any kind: no bot engagement, no fake reviews, no private data scraping and no spam.
Content OS, PhantomFox and Grey Manager appear on this site as things we built and run, never as services on offer here. More awkward questions, answered straight, are on the FAQ.
